Customers may request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
The product is damaged
The wrong product was delivered
Items are missing from the order
The product is not as described
The product is defective or not working
Note:
Product colors and minor design variations may differ slightly due to lighting, photography, or screen differences. These minor variations are not considered defects.
To process any return, refund, or replacement request, an unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must:
Be recorded before opening the package
Clearly show the shipping label
Clearly show the issue (damage, missing item, defect, etc.)
Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
If the issue is due to our mistake (damaged, defective, wrong item, or missing item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
Customers must contact us first and follow our return instructions.
Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.
Refunds are issued via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash
Refunds are processed after verification or inspection
