Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Customers may request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • Items are missing from the order

  • The product is not as described

  • The product is defective or not working

Note:
Product colors and minor design variations may differ slightly due to lighting, photography, or screen differences. These minor variations are not considered defects.


Mandatory Unboxing Video

To process any return, refund, or replacement request, an unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must:

  • Be recorded before opening the package

  • Clearly show the shipping label

  • Clearly show the issue (damage, missing item, defect, etc.)

Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

  • If the issue is due to our mistake (damaged, defective, wrong item, or missing item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • Customers must contact us first and follow our return instructions.

  • Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.


Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash

  • Refunds are processed after verification or inspection

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days


Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders:

  • Refunds are provided via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash

  • Customers must share correct payment details to avoid delays


Non-Returnable Items

Returns and refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Used items

  • Opened or tampered packaging

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Requests without an unboxing video

  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery


Exchange Policy

In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
